My Top Ten Favorite Inspiring Quotes

I am inspired by one of our clients, Someday Apparel Co. In 2023, Sheridan started this company with the idea of creating pieces of clothing that empower, encourage & embolden. I immediately fell in love with her concept of creating a community of women empowering other women. A year later, we have now launched four collections for Someday Apparel Co. which has included content creation, social media strategies, and website development. She inspires me to not only stay creative in my professional life, but also to stay confident in my personal life as well. I am the proud owner of five SACo. crews that I religiously rotate out on a daily basis, reading the affirmations on them, and trying to embody what they stand for.

Since this week is another collection launch week and I received the heartbreaking next steps for my endometriosis diagnosis, I decided it was a perfect time to share some of my favorite inspiring quotes. This is your reminder (and mine) to take a moment to appreciate your resilience in life thus far and continue to nurture it. Self-care is not a luxury but a necessity, as it replenishes this resilience within you. Take time to do whatever self-care looks like for you and read through these inspiring quotes (or save them for a rainy day). Don’t just observe the quotes, but absorb them as well:

"Often, life won't be gentle with you, so you have to become gentle with yourself." — Irini Zoica

“My own expectations are the heaviest weight I have ever carried.” — Louise Kaufmann

“You will get there. But right now you are here (and here is wonderful).” —Walk the Earth

“Never feel guilty for starting again.” — Rupi Kaur

“A year ago, you did not know today. You did not know how you’d make it here. But you made it here. By grace, you made it here.” — Morgan Harper Nichols

“For the hope of it all.” — Taylor Swift, August

“Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can.” — Arthur Ashe

“Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.” — Oscar Wilde

“I can & I will.”

“Everything you lose is a step you take.” — Taylor Swift, You’re On Your Own Kid
