Must-Have Content Creator Platforms To Make Creating Content Easier

🎨 Canva for graphic design and quite literally anything else. We are in Canva on a DAILY basis, seriously we should be paying the platform rent by this point. Check out more details about Canva here.

📷 Photoshop for photo editing! I mainly use Photoshop for cleaning up the background of photos, but it can be used for so much more. Especially since they’ve stepped up their game with Generative Fill AI advances; learn more here on how it can help your marketing strategies.

📹 Lightroom for photo & video editing. Gimme all the presets!! Lightroom makes photo and video color/light editing so simple. Check out Adobe’s helpful article on Lightroom vs Photoshop here.

🎞️ CapCut for video editing. I’m a Capcut slut these days, I don’t edit ANY Reel or TikTok without using Capcut. It is worth it to download the app and just pay for CapCut Pro; here’s why.

✨ Pinterest for inspo - OBVIOUSLY. I have a little hack for your Pinterest use; you have to know how to use the search to your advantage or you’re going to get all the cringy blogs from 2012. Instead of searching ‘engagement photos’ try searching ‘engagement photos aesthetic’ or ‘engagement photos vibes’

Here’s the difference it makes:

Pinterest Search

“Engagement photos”

Pinterest Search

“Engagement photos aesthetic”

📝 Copy.ai for copy assistance. I started using AI to help me with copy back in 2022 and haven’t looked back since. I’ve found the best platform to be Copi.ai over the more common ones like Chat-GPT, etc. This platform is one of the more pricey ones but well worth it in my opinion.

📥 Google Drive for storage organization or Dropbox. I find using one of these is the best way to share content with businesses or brands or whoever you’re making content for!

📸 Pexels for stock photography + videography. Helps when you’re in a pinch for content or using placeholders for future content you still need to get.

🗓️ Planoly for grid planning + scheduling. Honestly I don’t use Planoly as much anymore, we just use Meta Business Suite directly for scheduling now. However, Planoly is good to use if you have a client who is a visual grid planner and assists you with scheduling on multiply platforms. Here’s a breakdown of their social media toolkit.
